The POSH Act, formally known as the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace
(Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, aims at protection of women
from sexual harassment in the workplace. An Internal Complaints Committee is a
body that addresses complaints related to sexual harassment in the workplace.
