NIB will accept orders only on given prescribed ORDER FORM from
indigenous licensed manufacturers only on production of the following documents:
1.
Valid
License for manufacture.
2.
Information
on the number of batches produced in the last three years.
3.
Number
of Kits produced per batch.
4. An undertaking will have to be given by the manufacturer that the panel will be used only for the purpose for which it has been provided.
